LaQuae Aughtman is pursuing her MA in Interpersonal and Health Communication. Prior to attending UGA, she earned her BA in Organizational Communication at George Fox University and served as the assistant to the Northwest Communication Association vice-president and conference planner.
Her research interests concern conflict in close relationships. Much of her work to date studies the impact of conflict on roommates’ relational satisfaction. She has worked as a teaching assistant for Introduction to Communication and Public Speaking and is currently co-teaching Interpersonal Communication.
LaQuae Aughtman recently served as the assistant to the planner for the Northwest Communication Association annual conference.
