Mollie arrived at UGA in 2014 as a Ph.D. student in Rhetorical Studies. Before enrolling at UGA, Mollie completed her M.A. in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Rhetoric and Public Discourse at the University of Montana, where she also received a Graduate Certificate in Women's and Gender Studies. Her research focuses most heavily on activist rhetorics in the environmental and feminist movements. Mollie has experience teaching Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, and Rhetorical Criticism. She looks forward to dedicating her final years of graduate school to improving her scholarship and pedagogy.
