Dr. Belinda Stillion Southard visited the University of Louisiana at Monroe this month to deliver a Traveling Scholar Lecture entitled “Crafting Belonging to Nation and World: Women's Rhetorical Practices in Post-Conflict Liberia.” She also visited classes in the Department of Communication at ULM, including both the Communication and Ethics and Communication and Gender classes.
