Five Communication Studies students have been asked to join Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest of all American honor societies. It is one of the most distinguished honors in academic circles to be invited to join the society. This year’s invitees include Jacob Weldon Moore, Lila Toholsky, Elizabeth Trent, and Samuel Vaughn. Congratulations to these fantastic students! Those who choose to join Phi Beta Kappa will be honored at an initiation ceremony on Wednesday, April 6 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel on North Campus, with a reception following the ceremony. The ceremony is open to the public.
