Welcome NY Times Readers

For those who haven't yet seen it, the Georgia Debate Union was recently featured in the New York Times for innovations related to paperless debate.

Although from reading the article it may appear that the GDU is ambivalent or even opposed to paperless, we're actually ardent supporters. In fact, starting with the 2009-2010 season, UGA teams debated entirely paperless. We've been so satisfied with the change that we plan to continue for the forseeable future.

If you're interested in reading more about paperless, please check out:

The Georgia Debate Union would be happy to assist any program considering making the move away from paper. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments.
