Jessica Fabbricatore is a Ph.D. student in Interpersonal and Health Communication. Prior to enrolling at the University of Georgia, Jessica earned her M.A. in Communication Research and Theory at West Virginia University, and a B.S. in Communication Studies at West Virginia Wesleyan College with a minor in psychology. Her research interests include patient-physician communication. Specifically, she is interested in patient disclosure of stigmatized information such as addiction, to physicians, and patient treatment adherence as it relates to physician communication. She currently teaches Introduction to Interpersonal Communication (COMM 1500).
